MERGER ANNOUNCEMENT

The owners of the two Atlantic Canadian leading Point of Sale companies are pleased to officially announce the upcoming merger of AM ALOHA and SWIPE HALIFAX.  Formal amalgamation of business operations is expected to take place in December 2009.
Combining over 40 years of experience specializing in POS solutions for local businesses, owners John Mackeen, Stephen Aucoin and Marvin Hayes Jr. are looking forward to offering their clients an even greater variety of products and services, while maintaining their respective traditions of quality customer service.

AM Aloha and Swipe Halifax Inc. will now be managed from a single center and by a single management team, and the coordination activities for their integration are ongoing under the umbrella of East Coast POS Inc.

I would like this letter to serve as my testimonial to the quality of service I received from East Coast POS of 3200 Kempt Road Suite 201 Halifax Nova Scotia.
Currently, as with many of the Burger King franchisees we have found ourselves in a situation of having to replace our cash system. After considerable research and mounting frustration with the various competitors, we had the pleasure of dealing with East Coast POS, located in Halifax Nova Scotia, who represents Aloha from Radiant. From the initial outset of dealing with their sales person throughout the negotiations, training, installation and follow up, the experience has been professional and a pleasure.
